Vara Konserthus
An expression close to great experiences
Brief
In 2023, Vara Konserthus (Vara Concert Hall) celebrated its 20th anniversary, culminating in a jubilee festival on October 5th to 8th. The purpose was to highlight this milestone with a graphic expression suited to the emotionally charged communication concept. Preferably containing elements connected to performing arts, dance or music.
Idea
A graphic, festive manner that creates excitement. The design extends the current identity while standing out and adding something extra.
Solution
The graphic manner includes an anniversary symbol, a 3D animated symbol representing Vara Konserthus’s graphic elements, and patterns and colours to be used for the web, social media and digital screens, as well as for print and physical products at events. The manner was designed to be scaled up and down in intensity to fit the festival weekend itself and throughout the rest of the anniversary year.
Results
The anniversary festival garnered widespread popularity, with its array of fantastic cultural experiences. The festival drew around 5,000 visitors during its four-day run. Considering the city of Vara’s 16,000 inhabitants, the festival was undoubtedly a success!
